About the event

Join us for a two-day, fully immersive outdoor experience where you’ll learn how to safely identify, pick, cook, and taste edible wild plants found right in your local environment. This hands-on workshop is designed for beginners and nature lovers who want to reconnect with the land, gain confidence in plant identification, and explore sustainable ways to live closer to nature.

In addition to the foraging and cooking sessions, Eden Green Farms will lead a powerful class on sustainable gardening practices, including:

  • Composting — how to turn natural waste into rich, healthy soil

  • Biochar — improving soil health and moisture retention naturally

  • Worm Casting — using vermiculture to boost plant growth and garden sustainability

Whether you’re interested in foraging, homesteading, gardening, or living more sustainably, this two-day event will give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to start your journey.
